All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification. Upon verification, in-stock items will be shipped 48 - 72 hours from time of order.
All items will be shipped via UPS Ground within the continental US, unless otherwise requested.
We are unable to ship to PO boxes; if your billing address is a PO box, please email Sales for further assistance.
International customers are responsible for customs and/or additional fees applied at the time of delivery.

Please notify us at returns
if you need to return an item. All returns must be pre-authorized first. We will honor returns,
up to 30 days after receipt of product for a full refund in the form of a credit to your
credit card account, less the 3% handling fee.
Conditions of returns:
1) If you are dissatisfied with the quality or workmanship of merchandise.
2) If the merchandise is defective or
3) Your order is short of merchandise, (ie 5pc set only has 4 pcs etc.)

Exchanging Merchandise:
We accept exchanges, however, here are a few conditions that will not allow us to accept exchanges:
1) Merchandise was damaged or mishandled by the purchaser.
2) Merchandise is open or not in saleable condition, (used).
3) Purchaser had merchandise more than 10 days.
